This 23G, 38mm, (1.5 inch) detachable hypodermic needle is also suitable for drawing up, intramuscular injection and veterinary use.
Total Dose Blue 23G 38mm (1½ inch) needles were designed for the Unifix range and total dose compatible syringes. They also fit some other 2ml (and larger) syringes for detachable needles.
Please note: Total Dose needles do NOT fit syringes that have a dead space reducing spike on the plunger.
Note about needle length: packaging for hypodermic needles either states the length of the whole needle, (including the part that is within the plastic hub), or the needle length visible beyond the hub. In the interests of accuracy, this Unisharp needles are labelled as being 38mm, as this is useable needle length beyond the hub.
