Delivery

We are able to process orders from non-mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands. 

COVID-19 Delivery Information

In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers.

Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.

There is currently no impact to our delivery services at this stage, however we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.

Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.

You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.

Dispatch Time

We work to ensure that every order placed before 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday) is completed and shipped the same day.

If your parcel is not shipped because the product is not in stock, we will contact you to arrange an estimated delivery date or we will offer you a suitable replacement for your ordered product.

Tracking Your Order

The email confirming that we sent your order also includes the tracking code for the package. By following the link provided by us or by entering the tracking code on our courier's website: https://www.myhermes.co.uk/track#/ you can track the status of the shipment.

  • Order before 12pm for next day delivery, Monday - Friday
  • £4.95 Next Day Delivery cost
  • Restrictions apply, this service is not available on Bank Holidays.
  • Note: Delivery is only available in England, Wales, Scotland.
