Once you’ve placed an order with us, we’ll then order the stock (ordered on-demand). Once we’ve placed an order with the supplier, they’ll provide an estimated date for the arrival of the stock. In return, this should update your account area with the last estimated date. All dates are subject to change.
When an item shows 'Ordered on-demand', this means that we currently don’t physically have the item(s) you’ve ordered available in our warehouse to fulfil your order.
For most products, we are able to complete the order within 3 working days. If the order fulfillment time is greater than the expected 5 days, you will be notified via e-mail.
If your circumstances change and you no longer want to wait for the item(s), the order can be cancelled any point before dispatch. Our Customer Service team will be on hand to help with this.
